Presentation to Mrs Gladys Thomson
After some 40 odd years of sterling service supplying teas, home bakes and “fine pieces” to the Brethren and visitors to Lodge Strathdon Forbeston No 1358, Mrs. Gladys Thomson has decided to hang up her apron and retire. RWM Bro Barclay, accompanied by 7 Brethren form the Lodge, paid a visit to Gladys and presented her with a cheque, a bouquet of flowers and a bone china cup and coaster set as a small token of appreciation from the Lodge. Gladys then treated the Brethren to a cup of tea and one last taste of her excellent home bakes……
